Who We Are
At Lucky Dreamer Lodge, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. Lucky Dreamer Lodge does not sell, rent, give away, or trade email lists with other businesses. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But in this Privacy Policy we’ve provided lots of details on when and why we collect your personal information. Also included is how we use your information, and how we keep it secure.
Types of data we collect
When someone visits www.LuckyDreamerLodge.com we use a third party service. Matomo Analytics collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Matomo to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. You can opt out:

You are not being tracked if your browser is reporting that you do not want to be tracked. This is a setting of your browser, so you won’t be able to opt-in until you disable the ‘Do Not Track’ feature.
Other third-party sites that may collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns include Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts, and Google Analytics 4, YouTube, Elfsight & CleanTalk. The data provides us with a way to see the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. To opt out of Google tracking your Web history (including our site), click the gear icon on the upper right corner of a search results page and go to search history. Click the gear icon again on the upper corner of the Web History page and go to Settings. Then, click the Turn off button next to “Web History is on.”
Wifi
When you use Lucky Dreamer Lodge’s wifi, we do NOT collect any data. We do NOT monitor your device; the volume of data which you use; the websites and applications which you access; or your usage by access time, frequency and location.
Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.
A third-party provider, MailChimp, delivers our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom by emailing us at info@LuckyDreamerLodge.com
Reservation Information
When you make a reservation online through LuckyDreamerLodge.com, we store your name, address data, email and contact number in our third-party reservation system, Smoobu.
When you make a reservation through a third-party reservation organization, such as AirBnB, VRBO, etc., your name, address data, email and contact number are stored in their respective reservation platforms AND our third-party reservation system, Smoobu.
We may download parts of your personal information onto an excel spreadsheet and reservation calendar. We do not share your personal details with any other company or person without your consent.
Access to your personal information
You may view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to info@luckydreamerlodge.com
Changes to this Privacy Notice
